Can I remove the page header images?
Yes, for each page you can select not to display a header image if you wish:
- Go to the page you want to modify, roll over the Control Panel
icon and select Page Properties - From the Image dropdown select "None" and press "Update"
- The header image will be removed. Publish the page so the update can take effect in Normal view.
Can I upload my own header images?
The business designs feature a library of ready header images to choose from, but you can easily upload your own custom header visuals as well.
- In Admin view, go to the page you wish to brand with your own custom header
- Roll over the Control Panel
icon and select "Page Properties" - From the "Image" dropdown select "Custom Image"
- Check the recommended image dimensions and make sure your image is prepared with this exact size
- Use the Browse field that will appear below the Image dropdown to select the image you wish to upload
- Press "Update" and review how your image appears on the page
Can I add Flash movie as a header visual?
No, this option is not currently available. You can only add an image as a page header visual. The ability to upload a flash movie in the header area is included in our feature list for the next set of business designs. Right now, you can only add the flash movie in the main content area. If you wish to have flash in the header area of pages, you can contact us for more information on customizing a design for your needs.
What is a Content Section?
Sections allow for a more flexible organization of the content on the page. They are especially useful for forming small, visually distinctive info blocks with title and brief content - product spotlights, highlights, intro texts. In each section you can add text and images, files, or news.
What is a Horizontal Layout Object?
The Horizontal layout object will let you add several sections, one next to the other. The space in the area will be equally distributed between the added sections. With the Horizontal layout object you can also control the distance between sections.
Can I add sections to any content area on the page?
No. You can add sections in some content areas only, which have been identified as suitable for holding sections from usability and design perspective.
